Of all the books in my WWII AF memorabilia collection, this book is by far the most unique one. I'm delighted with the format - I call it the "free verse' volume that is understandably very popular with 5th through 12th grade students - not to mention us adults. A truly wonderful addition to my collection, especially as a personal account of that WWII conflict. (Posted on 1/5/2017)
