Return Policy

If the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return it for full refund-less shipping*. If the return is not related to an error on our part you will be charged shipping on the exchanged merchandise.  Please call first for authorization with an explanation for the return. The merchandise must be accompanied by an appropriate receipt/packing slip, the authorization number, in saleable condition and in original boxes including all internal packaging materials. Credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt may be accepted in exchange for other merchandise of equal or greater value.

Refunds and exchanges on new merchandise must be made within 45 days of purchase, with the exception of our A-2 jackets, which must be unworn and returned within 30 days with tag attached and the valid receipt/packing slip.

Specialized Policies:

*No refund or exchange will be given for opened videos or CDs. Orders received with purchase of membership will receive the Membership discount. If a customer joins the "Friends of the Air Force Museum" after the purchase of merchandise but before shipping, they may receive the Membership discount on their purchase. Customers must provide their current Membership number.

Some merchandise is occasionally on extended back-order by our suppliers. Your order will remain valid for back-ordered merchandise unless you request otherwise.
