In Store Pick Up Order Procedure
When your order is ready for you to pick up, we will attempt to contact you via telephone first and then by email. Please wait for us to contact you before coming to the museum to pick your order up so that we may inspect the in stock products and confirm they are defect free and have them ready when you arrive. Coming to the store for pickup prior to our notification may result in a significant wait time, or unavailability of product due to it not passing a visual inspection of quality.
*When selecting “In Store Pick Up or Curbside Pick Up” orders placed Friday after 10am EST, Saturday, or Sunday will not be available for pick up until the next business day.
